Maowewe 條款及細則

1. 一般條款

  • 訂單一經提交，代表客人已仔細閱讀、理解及同意下列所有條款。
  • 為保障店家及客人雙方的權益，並希望客人能享有良好的購物體驗，如客人對條款有任何不明白、不理解或不同意之處，請於下單前向客服人員查詢。

2. 訂單與製作

  • 請客人在已仔細閱讀、理解及同意所有條款的情況下，再進行下單及購買。
  • 下單前客人有責任仔細核對訂單內容（包括但不限於：聯絡資料／送貨地址／商品數量）。
  • 不設合併訂單及現金退款。
  • 如需更改訂單內容，請先與客服人員聯絡。
  • 如下單後發現內容不符或重複下單等情況，請立即與客服人員聯絡，我們會盡力為您處理。
  • 所有商品均為純手工製作，製作時間約 14–21 個工作天。如有現貨，將會盡快寄出。
  • 每批產品的顏色、大小及形狀可能略有差異，屬正常情況。

3. 運送與交付

  • 訂單將透過指定快遞公司（順豐速運）寄送，送貨時間因地區及物流情況而異。
  • Maowewe 不承擔因快遞公司、海關或不可抗力因素造成的延誤責任。

4. 產品資訊與安全

  • 零食僅作為 補充或獎勵，並非完整主食。
  • 建議毛孩首次食用時，先少量嘗試，避免一次食用過多而造成腸胃不適。
  • 主人需在毛孩食用硬身零食時加以監督，避免整塊吞食造成窒息或危險。
  • 主人需自行判斷零食是否適合毛孩的年齡、體型及健康狀況。

5. 退貨與退款

  • 由於產品屬於手工及易腐食品，不接受退貨或退款，除非商品在送達時有損壞或錯誤。

6. 責任免除

  • Maowewe 不承擔因不當餵食、過敏或未監督食用而引起的任何健康問題。
  • 若不確定是否適合餵食，建議先諮詢獸醫。

8. 條款更新

  • Maowewe 保留隨時更新或修改條款及細則的權利，最新版本將於官方平台公布。

Maowewe Terms & Conditions

1. General

  • Once an order is submitted, it means the customer has carefully read, understood, and agreed to all the following terms.
  • To protect the rights of both the shop and the customer, and to ensure a pleasant shopping experience, if the customer has any questions, misunderstandings, or disagreements regarding these terms, please contact customer service before placing an order.

2. Orders & Production

  • Customers should only place an order after carefully reading, understanding, and agreeing to all terms.
  • Customers are responsible for checking order details before submission (including but not limited to: contact information, delivery address, product quantity).
  • Orders cannot be combined, and cash refunds are not available.
  • If changes to the order are required, please contact customer service first.
  • If discrepancies or duplicate orders are found after submission, please contact customer service immediately and we will do our best to assist.
  • All products are handmade. Production time is approximately 14–21 working days. If stock is available, orders will be shipped earlier.
  • As products are handmade, variations in color, size, and shape between batches are normal.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders will be shipped via designated courier (SF Express). Delivery times may vary depending on region and logistics.
  • Maowewe is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs, or force majeure events.

4. Product Information & Safety

  • Treats are intended as supplements or rewards, not complete meals.
  • It is recommended that pets try a small amount when consuming for the first time, to avoid stomach discomfort from eating too much at once.
  • Owners must supervise pets when consuming hard treats to prevent choking or swallowing hazards.
  • Owners are responsible for determining whether treats are suitable for their pet’s age, size, and health condition.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • As products are handmade and perishable, returns and refunds are not accepted, unless items are damaged or incorrect upon delivery.

6. Liability Disclaimer

  • Maowewe is not liable for any health issues caused by improper feeding, allergies, or unsupervised consumption.
  • If unsure whether a treat is suitable, customers are advised to consult a veterinarian.

8. Amendments

  • Maowewe reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will be published on official platforms.
